When changing the color of a plot in a mixed signal graph, there is a graphical issue that the Plot is "previewed" on the line above. Have a look at the screenshots, it's quite obvious.
We use LabVIEW 9 SP1 and are just changing to 11 SP1, but the bug is in both versions.

Hi,
Thanks for your posting here. I tried to reproduce your issue but I couldn't. If I open the example of Mixed Signal Graphs, I can correctly change the color without any issue. I use LV2011SP1.
Could you try to open that example and see if you still have that problem?
If it doesn't help, you can try to repair the installation LabVIEW.
The example name is: Mixed Signal Graph.vi

You're correct, looks like it's only happening if you have only 1 plot area.
I attached a modified version of the example and another screenshot. Note the 2nd green plot "preview".

Hi,
I tried your vi again and no problem.
I think that you have problem met your installation. Try to install LabVIEW again and see if you still have that problem.

The problem is only a graphical one, and only visible when you are changing the plot color. So only when the color choose dialog is open.
The installation is fresh, and I verified the same behaviour with other installations on different pc's from different installation media.

I see the behavior Dennis is talking about. It occurs in LV 2012 as well.
Look at the attachment called Graph Color Bug4.png and where he put a red circle. It is putting an image of the line next to the Group tag when you try to change the color. It should probably be changing the color of the line in the box next to the actual plot you are trying to change.
Attached is a version of the VI saved back to LV 8.0 in case anyone can try in an older version of LV and see if it occurred then as well.

It got a bit quiet suddenly. Will it at least get fixed in the new version?

Hi,
I informed our R&D department to look at this issue. I cannot say when it will be solved or the next release will not have this issue but they will work on it and solve it as soon as possible.
