Buffer sizein continuous mode

For continuous mode data acquisition, if I'm defining the value for samples per channel in sample clock.Vi then what will happen whether my daq will allocates the buffer size as I mentioned in sample clock. Vi Or it will allocates based on sampling rate.

Suggestion: read the help for that specific function, especially the paragraph on continuous sampling mode. Then don't define any value for the buffer size…
