Hey, sorry for bothering again
I had a question again: how do I set the address of this flow meter ?I knew it's a silly question but I have no idea how to get it work. for Adam6066 that I used MODbus TCP, I can read and write the registers very well. but go to the RTU, I have no idea how to set the communication.
so, again, my set up is I have a Flow meter which is from Bronkhorst, i connected it with my laptop, via using a cable with one end is RSS232 and another end is RJ45. I have to use MODbus RTU to bulid the communication. However I dont know how to set the address to start the communication. is anybody can give me an example in this application? many thanks

hello echomice, there are two ways to set the address of your bronkhorst sensors/controllers.
1- using a software---> in your case will not help you becuase you still dont get communication with your device.
2- Hardware using the NODE ADDRESS switch on the side of the instrument --->The MSD is the high part of the decimal number and the LSD the low part. For instance address 14 means MSD on 1 and LSD on 4.
