Bizare Labview VME bug

I am having problems with vme writes using labview.

I am using a Dell laptop with docking station, the cards used are
PCI-MXI-2 in the pc and in the VME crate a VME-VXI-2 card.

I am using Labview 6.0.2 and Max 2.1.

The target card is a memory card set to 0x0- 0x2FFFFF,

when I do a write to 0x133FFF the system performs normaly.

When I do a write to 0x134FFF there is no bus activity and the system
comes back with error 3500, with a green tick.

Any ideas, the 3 cards DO work ok with another PC

Thanks
