In the file IO palette you can find a sub palette for configuration files. Using this vis you can create, read and write ini-files.
Using LV8.0

It works perfectly.

But, if I want to create a new element (for example: display a new graph), is it possible to do, getting the properties of this displayed element  from a text file?

Thank you in advance.

You cannot create a new object in a running VI.  If you want to create a new object in a VI and then dynamically launch that VI, you will need to use scripting.  presently scripting is unsupported and unreleased.  That being said, the LAVA folks have a nice discussion group on the topic.  It is here: http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?showforum=29

I hope that this helps,

...however you CAN use a property node to make an existing graph visible or invisible under program control.
