When trying to make a Stand  Alone FRC Application how do you get the plug in for the Real Time Application in order for it to show under Build Specifications?

PLEASE HELP! VERY URGENT!

You will need to be more clear.

What is an "FRC" application?

What do you mean by a "plug in" for a real time application?

Perhaps a little more description of what your application is and its architecture.

Hi Ravens Fan - FRC is the First Robotics Competition, which NI is sponsoring this year by providing control hardware (a cRIO and other components).  This question is fairly clear in that context.

94rascal - you may have more luck posting in the FIRST community section.  If you're using the FIRST-provided version of LabVIEW with the updates, you should not need the real-time toolkit, the necessary components are all included.  What options are you seeing when you right click "Build Specifications" under your cRIO target in the project explorer?  Make sure that you're looking at build specs for the cRIO, and not for "My Computer."

Hi 94rascal,

Sorry about the troubles! Nathand is right. The proper channel for FIRST support is www.ni.com/first.

On this site there is a document called "Making your LabVIEW application start when the cRIO boots" here: http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-3076

If you installed a fresh install of the FRC software from the DVD, you will have everything you need. Including the real time module.

Please direct further inquiries to the forums at www.ni.com/first

We did try to freshly reinsatall the software from the DVD and it did have the Real Time Module.  But when I try to make a stand alone application it won't let me make a Real Time Application like it says to do in the directions.  When I right click Build Specifications and look for the Real Time Module it's not there.
