Bad language setting in build app with labview 2010 SP1

Hi,

I got this when I build an application with LabVIEW 2010 SP1

My OS is a Windows XP English with regional setting to English(Canada)

Is there a fix for this issue some were.

Search the forum for chinese and font, or chinese and front panel, or some other things.

After a Repair of my LabVIEW 2010 SP1 Installation I got the correct behavior

I think that something was wrong in the installation of the Run-time engine of LabVIEW 2010
