BUG: Format Date/Time String with %D in format string crashes LabVIEW

Putting %D in the format string to "Format Date/Time String" crashes LabVIEW 2009 SP1, as demonstrated in this snippet.  I should be using %d instead of %D, but an incorrect format string shouldn't crash LabVIEW.
