Are there examples of PCI DIO96 bidirectional IO?

I need to perform single byte read and write operations on a 8 bit bidirectional (Intel peripheral) bus using a PCI DIO96 and LabVIEW 6.02. I have been unable to configure a VI that works or find an example of using the 8255 Mode 2. Can someone point to an example?

I couldn't find any examples either, but the important part is the configuration. In 'DIO Config.vi' or 'Digital Group Config.vi', select the input mode as bidirectional.

From there you can enter the keywords '8255' and 'bidirectional' to search on.
