Applicationbuilder 4.0.1 Problem with Win2000

Hello,
I want to build an application with an older App.builder(4.0.1). I use LabView 5.0 on Win2000 and tried to build a simple window with a switch that controls a LED in a while loop. (That means i don't need any big resources). I followed the instruction manual of the app.builder, and after selecting/naming a "xxxx.exe" and starting the building process, i get the message "Building not successful. Resource not found".
My path where the desired vi/llb is saved, is
C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW
Could that be the problem, or is it a version problem, or is something others wrong?

Thank you,
Markus

The version of the builder must match the version of the development system. That means you would have to have app builder version 5 or develop in LabVIEW 4.0.1. When 5.0 was released, you could have gotten a free upgrade for the app builder but I don't know what NI's policy is on such an older version now. Give your sales engineer a call or contact NI to see if anything can be done.

Thank you,
We have now ordered the newest version of LabView and the App.builder, and then it should work.
