Application builder for Labview 5.0

Hi, if nyone could help with this problem I would be very grateful.

I have a system of test rigs that run Labview 5.0 - although we generally use Labview 2015 within my department, for configuaration management reasons we persist with Labview 5.0 in this system. I would like to create a stand alone executable but the instaled programme does not have the application builder. Is there any way that I can acquire the application builder add-on for Labview 5.0?

Talk to your NI sales rep.  Software that old is likely not going to found on NI's public FTP site, but NI has it archived away somewhere.  Heck I wouldn't expect to find LabVIEW 8.6 stuff very easily without contacting NI.
