What do you mean?You can't see the buid specifications in your LabVIEW project or the  application builder isn't available for the LabVIEW version you installed?

Such as what the error is?

What was the version of LabVIEW you were using?

What toolkits you are using?

Anything else you can think of?

Remember, we don't have one of those nice troubleshooting scripts that call centers have.

Depending of the anti-virus, an excluding area has to be created on sub-directory where the exe are created.
