App Builder Icons

Hello All,

I am using the Application Builder with LabVIEW 5.1.1. I am trying to make
my
own custom icon but I get the fallowing error....

-----------

The selected file doesn't contain all of the needed icons. Without them,
your
application will show an incorrect icon in some views.

Missing: 16x16, 16 color

-----------

Does LabVIEW have an editor for *.ico files, or does someone know of an icon
editor that does all the icon formats (32x32 Color, 16x16, 16 color, 32x32
B/W,
16x16, B/W)? Preferable freeware or shareware.

Thanks

I like NoNags.com for shareware and freeware. Lots of stuff there, at no
charge, and a separate section full of icons, editors etc.

Good luck,
David

In what view will an incorrect icon show when missing: 16x16, 16 color?  I think this is harmless; apparently LabVIEW automatically substitutes one of its defaults.  Perhaps the "incorrect" icon is shown in the Start bar.

(Well, this was a 6 year old thread ;).)

FYI: The LabVIEW 8.0 application builder has an icon editor built it. 🙂

This might be useful for you 🙂

note* some of them might require licenses
