You really could have posted this question in your original thread.
You also could have posted a better screenshot. Post a .png file. Crop your image to be just what you are asking. No need for a jpeg showing your large screen that only has a very small area of interest that is downsized and shows compression artifacts because you made it a jpeg.
You should open up context help and browse through all the palettes to get an idea of what is there and what the functions do.
