Analog clock config error using single channel

I've modified a VI to simulate a continuity totalizer/analyzer, which really just monitors voltage at high speed with a limit. The problem I encounter is a AI Clock Config (10685) warning if I only use one channel. It appears to keep running fine, but the problem dissappears if I use 2 channels. I am concerned if the warning affects the scanning rate. The only thing I can see is if this was a problem calculating the interchannel delay when only using the one channel. I'm fairly new to Labview still, so this is somewhat beyond me. Any help or suggestions with this VI is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
~Matt

Hello;

If the DAQ VIs are returning a warning only, that doesn't affect in any way the data acquisition being performed.
