You did not do what I asked. It was such a simple request so I don't see why you refused to do it.
In any case, you seem to have gotten an answer from mcc. You also don't understand some of the basics of LabVIEW. The only thing being passed out of your while loop is the very last result. The for loop and sequence structure is not correct, even if you had multiple results.

Unless there are other problems, you definitely should get the correct number of points at least for the first iteration of the while loop. It seems you don't even get that. From your numbers you mention, you seem to often only run a single iteration. Looking at the context help of the MCC tool, I don't think the timeout of the loop has any influence on the amount of data, because the first iteration cannot finish until an entire acquisition is done.
From the context help:
"Scans a range of AD channels in the foreground and stores the samples in an array. This VI will not return control to your program until the requested data has been collected or a fatal error occurs."
Since you don't have the error wired, we never know if an error occurred. As I already mentioned, troubleshooting such an issue without even wiring the error output is very poor debugging practice. You need to get all possible information for the full picture!
