Advantech Cards in LabView 6

Dear Sirs

I use low-end Advantech PCI card 1710HG with external socket card 8710.
Included Advantech software does not suit me, so I have chosen LabView.

I found it difficult to measure temperature with those cards using LabView.
However after installing Advantech drivers into LabView I found an
information in readme.htm file:
(C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW\examples\Advantech)

does anybody know what to do to avoid
writing fuction which would recalculate
voltage into temperature un

Hi,
if you have a look under the functions palette->Data Aquisition->Signal conditioning, theres a couple of .vi's that will take in a voltage from a thermistor, thermocouple or RTD as long as you know the spec of the transducer, it's great.

Have a look under the thermocouples examples too.
