Adding time to an array or spreadsheet

Hi, was wondering if anybody knew how to add the time a sample was taken from a DAQ measurement to an array or spreadsheet.

So i can use excel to plot a graph of amplitude against time, preferably in milliseconds.

Is the data a waveform or a simple array of values?
