Adding a background to a string indicator

I am working on a journal as part of an application and i was wondering if there was a way to have a string control with a yello lined paper
as a background image?

Or is there a better solution?

Thanks
Tim C.

The picture control is good with formating text.  Also you could add dotted lines and circles to give the same effect.  Regards, -SS

Tim,

I had a simpler idea if you could get a nice picture of some notepad paper you could use the picture node with tranparent set as the background.  Just a thought...my first dear Tim letter

Additionally, if you follow the methods in the link I gave in your other thread, I believe you should be able to replace the background of the string control with an image of the paper.

Hmmm, it never occurred to me to edit a string control,  talk about being out in left field.  I was looking into the picture control...
