ActiveX methods context-sensitive help error

On the pop-up menu of an ActiveX method in my LabVIEW diagram I select the "Help for MyMethod" and get "the topic does not exist ..." error 129. The menu item references a Winhelp 4.0 file that I created. Editing MyHelp.hpj with MS Help Workshop, I tried mapping MyTopic directly to a topic number, then using an Alias, then prefixing the TopicID with "IDH_". Nothing works. What TopicID is Labview 5.1.1 looking for? Does anyone have a fix or similar experience?
