Hi,
So I've accidently submitted the wrong product code on my POR using Farnell and now I have received LabVIEW for mac as a digital copy. Instead of windows.
Farnll didn't get back to me either when I emailed support@farnell a few days ago
I'm freaking out a bit but there must be a way to resolve this, and I need it ASAP. I haven't activated anything. Tried to call NI this morning but they we closed (7:15am BST), haven't tried again because our office is full and I'm too embarrassed to call 😄
Surely this can be fixed relatively easily?

My understanding is that you can use the same serial number to activate on Windows, just download the right installer from ni.com

Note that the NI license manager is not available on the MAC.
I assume you got a serial number to activate the windows version. Check your NI account.
