About LabView (?)

Hello Everybody!

I'm a freelance/contract programmer... Here in South-Africa there's a
growing demand for LabView developers, so I've a few question before I go
for it (research first!):

1. Where can I buy LabView ? Is there a shareware/trail version avialable
somewhere? Sothat I can try it before buying.

2. What platforms does LabView support ? DOS/Windows/Linux/PalmOS ? I
target: MS Windows, Linux & PalmOS.

3. Everything/Anything that you think I must know...

Lennie,

Most (if not all) of your questions can be answered by going to National Instrument's site at www.ni.com/labview. There you'll find links to evaluation software, application notes, product brochures, .etc. You can even find the South African sales office. You'll also want to investigate NI's Alliance program which is a network of independent programmers and system integrators. Good luck
