ATML

I have a reference to an automated test language(?) or programming environment called ATML. I can't find out anything about it. Does someone know what it is or can provide links?
Thanks,
Bill F

This showed about a week ago in the info-labview mail list. It stands for Automatic Test Markup Language which is apparently an attempt to extend XML. The web page is www.atml.org.

Bill,

If you are still looking for information on ATML, you will be interested in reading a tutorial in the NI Developer Zone, ATML – The Standard for Interfacing Test System Components Using XML. This tutorial reflects the progress that is being made in defining XML-based schemas for sharing test data.

Also, here is the home page for the IEEE group working on ATML.
