ATL100.dll missing

When trying to open a task in a project I am getting an error that states "The program can't start because ATL100.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

Do you have the two DLLs you mentioned in your C:\Windows\System32 folder? If you search for them, are they anywhere else on your computer? They may be named differently or located elsewhere on a 64-bit Windows machine. Are you running 64-bit Windows and/or 64-bit LabVIEW? 

From what I can find, the missing DLLs can be resolved with this installer:
