I am using LabVIEW 2013 , I need  to install the

NI System API RT and

NI System API  Windows 32 bit,

knows anybody how to install that.

Do you mean the NI System Configuration? It's available on your driver CD or you can download from the NI website. Any version after 13.X should be fine for LabVIEW 2013.
