AC/DC coupling in LabVIEW

You can keep claiming that you did AC coupled measurement with that module but that is not possible since it does not support an AC coupled input and even less software selectable.

Possible reason:

1) Whoever did the measurement had external AC coupling applied

2) There was a different module used that does have software selectable AC coupling

3) AC coupling was implemented in software after the measurement, by calculating the mean value and subtracting it from the measured signal.

Hi nagesh,

Blue curve is with No AC/DC coupling and red curve is for AC Coupling. These signals I got using same NI 9215 and same time back to back.

How did you get any "AC coupling" measurement data when DAQmx/NI9215 does not support that feature?

How do you measure a current signal when the NI9215 only offers to measure voltages?

Thank you all for your replies. I got my answer.
External coupling can be used and also removable of mean after measurement.

Thank you GerdW and rolfk for your time.
