A chance to improve your general LabVIEW coding skills!

In these difficult times, many LabVIEW programmers worldwide are forced to work from home where measurement hardware might not be available. On this occasion, I want to remind all of you that LabVIEW can be lots of fun with only a computer.

For mode details, read my posts from last August.

Also be aware that many NI licenses have a home use exception, allowing you to install and use LabVIEW on your home computer. Don't even bother installing drivers. 😉

Too bad Community Edition isn't ready yet.  Then you wouldn't have to give up your installation if you change companies.

Additional resources:

I just learned that NI online courses are free to "customers" (whatever that means) until the end of April.

Similarly, the JKI state machine online course is currently free for a limited time.

A lot of things seem to be happening at the end of April.  NI is going away from Pearsonvue for its testing starting in May, for instance.

Yeah, lot's of fun.  The only thing I'm controlling is a joystick.  😉  (Oh, it talks, too.)
