8.6 installer No output No error

My attachment wasn't accepted by the mail server.  I emailed again (without attachments); the attachments are placed on our FTP site ( KC.zip). I emailed the link where you can find this zipfile.

Hello Andrew, Like you suggested I uninstalled 8.6 and removed all registry entries which contained “Beta” (only NI keys).Restarted the computer and installed 8.6 again. The “applibs” directory was created and the final result was that the installer is working OK. Maybe uninstalling the 8.6 beta version would have prevented this problem to happen. Thank you for your support.
