64 bit LabView 11.0 does not recognize PushOk SVN source control plugin

Push Ok SVN x64 appears to be correctly installed and activated, but LabView 11.0 does not detect it in the Source Control config tab as described in LabView Help. The following are the PushOk registry keys relative to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE:

I can look in to this. One question first: what order did you install PuskOK SVN and LabVIEW? Some times there can be issues with 3rd party software being visible to LabVIEW depending on the order of installation.

PushOk SVN was installed at the time I installed LabView. However I have since uninstalled PushOk SVN and reinstalled it. Since reinstalling, I have had a dialog with PushOk support that you can see at http://www.pushok.com//tickets_addmodify.php?id=2721.

I have replicated this issue on a test machine running Windows Vista (64 bit) using PuskOK SVNSCC 1.6.6.2 (x64) and LabVIEW 2011 (64-bit). I am also unable to see SVNSCC in the drop down menu. However, I also installed the 32 bit version of SVNSCC and it was available in LabVIEW. I would suggest using the 32-bit version of that source controller as a workaround until we can figure out why the 64-bit version won't work.

I forgot to mention, I also tested this issue using LabVIEW 2011 (x32) and it was able to see the 32-bit PuskOK SVN but not the 64-bit version. So this does not appear to be an issue that is specific to LabVIEW 2011 (x64).

I've been looking in to this more and the problem may be that the 64-bit version of PushOK SVN is simply not compatible with LabVIEW. I found a PushOK help ticket related to this issue:

I would suggest using the x32 version of the PushOK software and following up with them on the compatibility between their x64 version and LabVIEW (both x32 and x64 versions).

Thanks for your help. 32-bit SVNSCC appears to meet my needs. I will report these results to PushOk.
