3dsurface from x,y,depth data

hy all

I found lots of threads on 3dsurface plot, but I really didn't understand yet how to generate a 3dsurface grid staring from x,y,depth data and plot it using 3Dsurface or 3Dsimplesurface.

I really would appreciate any suggestion and/or example

Since then I read that NaN in on of the axis (forget which one) plot transparent.
