did you call your local NI sales guy? Or did you ask your local support team?

You may also try to find the installation package on NIs website…

There is no separate download for the evaluation version of LabVIEW. Just download the version of LabVIEW you are interested in online as the two above me mentioned. It will ask you for a serial number but if you don't enter one it will just give you a 7-day evaulation which you can extend for another 30 days or so (I think it's 45 days but I forget exactly).
