DATA DASHBOARD and FTP

is there any way to read a text file from my FTP sever account to DATA DASHBOARD app.

Not directly. Data Dashboard does not support FTP. It is designed to connect to data from a LabVIEW application. It works with Shared Variables and LabVIEW Web Services. You could write a LabVIEW application to poll your FTP server and then publish the results through one of the supported protocols.
