If i want to execute a matlab code that calls other .m functions created by me how do I implement them in a matscript, and how efficient is it?

The answer to your second question is "Probably not as efficient as doing it in LabVIEW".  Of course, that's a Wild Guess, since you've shown no code and we have no idea what (or why) you are doing.
