Manipulation of dynamic data in Mathscript

I have few questions regarding how to manipulate two dynamic signals in the mathscript. I need to input two dynamic data into the mathscript and take the log inverse of the ratio of two signals.  I tried to get log of these signal but none came as the out put.

In addition, I need to take the very first reading of both signal and use for further manipulation. I used like X(1) but it read several data. If someone can help I appreciate it very much.

Well, I don't quite see any reason to use mathscript for such a simple task. Why can't you use wires instead? 😄

For the first part it is working. How about storing the very first value for further use. Ex. Value at time zero.  In addition how can I continuously write data into a excel sheet.
