How to do multiresolution wavelet transformation

I want to try wavelet analysis for some data file here i have attache the file ,,

Please suggest me how to do multiresolution wavelet transformation for that attache with this mail.

Here i did work on multiresolution wavelate analysis db03. original my programme give results as given belove image . 

I want to plot all the coefficient as given in below  image. here i have attache my programme and  data file.
