Hi i have developed a code in matlab for image compression . I am running it in Labview 7.1 in Math script. The output graph is displayed in matlab but not in labview. Please help.

As mentioned before, Mathscript does not exist in LabVIEW 7.1.
 
Maybe you should also try to keep everything related to the same problem in a single thread:
