A weird behaviour in the matlab communication with Labview

Indeed, you are right, this is what I mean. I have to run the example first then my VI and if I run my code directly, it runs and stops without a written error but a sound error that occures usually in Matlab.

I tried to reinstall the mathscript and uninstall the old versions but this did not help.

Are you able to run the code in Mathworks Matlab itself, without LabVIEW involved?

Before I tested it with labview,  I tested it with matlab and it does work very well.
