In 2014 you need to look for LIFA_Base.ino.  Sometime between 2010 and 2014 Arduino changed the naming convention for the suffix used with their programs from .pde to .ino.

You should use LINX.  LIFA is no longer officially supported.  Take a look at this post by the author of both LIFA and LINX.
