I'm new in labview using Arduino. I have a reader MF522-AN with SPI bus. I write the code in arduino IDE and works but when i pass to labview, it doesn't work. Any solution.

You should use LINX:  http://www.labviewmakerhub.com/linx.  If you have issues writing LINX code to work with yoru sensor, you should make a post in the LINX forums and attach your VI to your post as well as the Arduino code that you have working.
