Arduino mega2560 can't establish with labview

MEGA2560can't establish with labview,I have try over times and see NI engineer's solutions,but it's still can't work.

I use LabVIEW 2013sp1.I use more sersions  for Arduino,But also bad.I succedes downlod Framework to arduino MEGA2560,LabVIEW Report Error as below:
