Cannot program my cRIO-9045 after a clean format - One or more feeds are inaccessible

Hi everyone !

I have my new cRIO-9045, with the latest firmware (25.5.0f112-x64).
I performed a clean format (+set pswd + enable SSH).

Then, the base system installs correctly (Labview 2025).

But, when I am trying to install the CompactRIO/DAQmx etc drivers, then I get the following :

Question No 1: How can this happen, with a new just released 2025 Q3 bundle ?

Question No 2: How should I guess which feed fails? Why its name is not displayed ?

Running manually the 'opkg update'  shows that most probably a gpg_signature related feed is failing, but I have no clue how to overcome this

Also, the HardwareConfiguration UI proposes a list of feeds to enable/disable them, but the above failing one, isn't (obviously) included in anyone of them:

I attached also the TechnicalReport.zip that HardwareConfiguration Guide created.

Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance for that !
