Automatic code running after reset

Hello,

where and how do I have to locate my code to build an application that runs by itself after a reset?

I assume you are asking how to program the Flash of the Blackfin EZKIT. If so, read this KnowledgeBase article to learn how. [article no longer available]

Have a look at the attached file.

You're missing an argument. I noted it in bold text below.

elfloader MyApplication.dxe -b flash -f hex -Width 16 -init "init_code_bf537_ez-kit_lite.dxe" -o MyApplication.ldr -si-revision 0.2 -proc ADSP-BF537

Michael,

I have successfully flashed a labview demo to the EZ-Kit, but it takes a very long time to flash a 978k LDR file....like on the order of an hour....is that normal?

Thanks,

Larry

P.S. Here is my Flash dialog and the settings that I used...

You can't "un-program" the flash and get what was there before. If you want to program the flash to code that it comes with, see the files in this directory: "VisualDSP 4.5\Blackfin\Examples\ADSP-BF537 EZ-Kit Lite\Power_On_Self_Test\".

I want to make an other question .
I am working with LabVIEW 8.2 Embedded Module for ADI Blackfin Processors (BF537). I can implement on Blackfin BF537  the VI  "ICA" that is found in  the Advanced Signal Processing toolkit ?
Please, I waited for an answer because I am working to a search plan about the signals EEG .
Thanks .
