While loop

Hi,

I am working on generating a scan signal at the interval of 25 kHz from 174 MHz- 180 MHz. I am using a for loop to generate array of carrier frequency and then used WHILE loop to feed in the frequency to USRP. My program is not running the way I want and the TX led in NI-USRP is not blinking showing the status code error. I have my files attached below. Could anyone please point out my error or any improvements I could make. I am unable to figure out. I attached an indicator in the while loop iteration and it just shows 1 and displays error after that.
