[Bug] Incorrect results for fresnel integrals when input is ±Inf

As has been discussed elsewhere a while ago, this is an old bug where the Fresnel integrals return incorrect values for Infinities. The C(x) and S(x) for an input of ±Inf should be ±0.5 (NOT ±inf!)

(I hope this is already in the bug tracker, but I want to make sure)

This issue with the Fresnel integrals has been fixed in LabVIEW 2021. I apologize that I missed including this in the list of fixed bugs when LabVIEW 2021 released.
