Different regional settings

Fist I would like to congratulate you guys for the excelent job that you started! I have myself created a Oauth procedure but I so have a lot to lear from you.

There is a little information for users with different windows regional configuration other than USA. If that is the case, a labview error will came up after trying to parse the date and time from json information from twitter.

The solution that I found was to move to USA regional setting in my windows computer.

I am glad that the toolkit is helpful for you! Was the error that you were seeing during usage similar to what BastiFantasti found in this thread: Bug in JSON Toolkit v2012-12-20: Incorrect decimal place

If it is the same behavior I will be including the fix BastiFantasti proposed in the next release, but if you are seeing different behavior please let me know where you found it!
