Cannot Install JDP Science Common Utilities

I'm trying to get a new computer set up, which includs installing JSONtext via VIPM. The issue I am having is that JDP Science Common Utilities cannot be found. I get an error stating "VIPM could not download the package jdp_science_lib_common_utilities-1.4.1.18 from the remote server". Did the Tools Network lose your package? JSONtext package, Hidden Gems, and LAVA Palette all installed just fine from the Tools Network.

I had this problem in December and reported it to NI.   I had hoped they had fixed it as I didn't have the problem the last time I installed on a fresh laptop.  I will contact them again. 

Workaround is to download the package from vipm.io and install that way.

I ended up downloading the package from vipm.io before installing. Doing a direct install from vipm.io still pointed to the Tools Network and caused the error.

If the message is related to network issue:
1. Go to Options > Network > Configure Proxy

2. Set to "No Proxy (Direct Connection)"
