uninstall ivi compliance package

Hello,

I am having BIG issues with IVI compliance package and IVI shared components. I can't uninstall both of them. IVI compliance package has error 1612 and IVI shared components tells me that uninstall impossible please visit ivifoundation.org... not usefull...

When using msi blast on IVI compliance package, it tells me that it can't find the install file, so I downloaded the install file once again (lost the old one) and told him where to find it.. but it says the new install doesn't correspond even if both are the ICPCore.msi of the same version (IVI compliance package 3.3).

I then tried to install IVI compliance package again. No problem with the installation but now I have TWO IVI compliance p. v3.3 and the first one still doesn't want to unistall and the connection with the instruments still doesn't work.

I really don't know what else to try.. if anyone has an idea..PLEASE HELP!

Can you please provide the following info:

1. What's the OS you're using (including service packs)?

2. What version of the IVI Shared Components did you download/have installed?

3. If you're on Vista/Win7, is your account admin or standard? Do you have UAC (User Account Control) enabled?

4. Was this a fresh install of ICP 3.3 or did you upgrade from a previous version?
