sending data to a file

hi folks

i have a program running where i want to measure power consumption of a sensor node, i have a power graph showing data, how can i send this to a text or excel spreadsheet file. (ie power v time)  . the type of wire going into the graph i have is a double,(orange).

Look at the File IO functions you should be able to find something that works. Functions->File I/O, you can also look at the shipping examples by going to Help->Find Examples... and search for file.
