Hi, i have a problem with the CMU200, i were using the gpib driver (remote mode) when i disable the rotary knob , can you help me and tell me how can i fix it please, witch command can do this.

Thanks for contacting NI for support. Could you please provide more information about this issue. Did you actually disabled the rotany knob's functionality in the sense that nothing happens when you rotate it? or did you just disabled the software ability to read that knob?

Have you checked in the Rohde&Schwarz web page for the device datasheet? Probably is something about software, but we will need a little more information about how the know got disabled. Maybe it's a matter of the Instrument Drivers.

Hi k_i_k,
as there's no SCPI command for disabling rotary knob nor changing variation step, I would say that your problem is not remote-control related. Try to contact Rohde&Schwarz support.

Thank you very much Avarg and jiri. I´m in contact whit R&S Mexico and I just wait make another test to know the specific problem, in other case I´ll send the instrument to repair
