problem with lvm in tek edition

Hello,

I'm using Signal Express (V1.2) Tektronix Edition. I read data from an Tek Oszi TDS2024B via usb. This works fine. Now I want to save the oszi data to a file (lvm or ascii). Signal Express save the file, but stores onle the half of the data points from the oszi.

In lvm format in the header appears as (number of) "Samples" 2500, the true amount of data points. But in the data section there are only 1250 data points, with latest ivi driver for tds2k series 1875. In ascii format it is the same problem.

Can anybody help?

Hello,

I found a link using third party instruments Controls in Signal Express,
that includes a zip file with user defined steps, also for the Tektronik TDS 2xxScopes,
perhaps you will find a user defined step , which will help you with this problem.

Did you also test other driver version?

Do you use the pre-trigger feature of your scope? there is another discussion forum entry about it,
describing also that you get only the half of data points.
